"Morning Skimmer"

Blue Cypress Lake, Vero Beach, FL

A magic moment. Just as the sun rose  slightly over the far shore of the lake, it painted the horizon and a band of the lake with this brilliant orange. It was only a brief moment.  This bird was skimming the surface to take water back to the nest on its legs (at least that's what I was told). Royal-100 film, 400mm lens.  

Available is sizes up to 10x20.
Edition limit is 30 prints 8x10 and larger.
