Green Heron at Corkscrew Swamp Wildlife Sanctuary, FL

A study in motion.  This bird was caught jumping between branch perches in the lettuce lake at Corkscrew.  Shot on E100VS film with a 1680mm lens at f-11 and 1/60sec with projected fill flash.
