Egret Series -- "Shadow Fishing"

Reddish Egret at Estero Lagoon, FL

This is the white morph of the Reddish Egret. The more common reddish form is shown in image 12 of this series. When fishing, these birds often dance around in the water and use shadow casting to help spot fish. It's quite spectacular.  Gold-100 film with a 600mm lens at f-5.6 and 1/1000sec.

Available is all sizes up to 11x14.
Edition limit is 28 prints 8x10 and larger.
