Egret Series -- "Backlit Landing"

Fisherman's Pier, Sanibel Island, FL

Making the best of a bad lighting situation I caught this bird coming in for a landing on the pavilion roof with the sun behind. This is a difficult exposure for any camera system but always worth trying. A little fill flash would probably have helped, but I think the result is at least interesting.
E100S film at ISO-100 with an 80-200 zoom at 80mm f-5.6 and 1/1000sec.
