Egret Series -- "Snowy at Rest"

Fisherman's Pier, Sanibel Island, FL

After a hard day begging fishermen for handouts, a group of birds rested in some nearby pine trees.  Shooting birds at high angles can often be a problem (esthetically), but in this case the tree patterns added an interesting texture. 
 
Gold 100 negative film with a 420mm lens at f-4 and 1/500sec.

Available in sizes up to 16x20

Edition limit 22 prints 8x10 and larger.
